EVERYONE CAN TAKE ACTION

Everyone can take action to help those in need. From checking your medicine cabinet and donating those you do not use, as well as organizing fundraising activities in your neighborhood or doing a concert for the benefit, any action is valid as long as it has the sole purpose of supporting Venezuelans who are going through a complex humanitarian emergency, a crisis never seen before in the history of Venezuela, which merits the commitment, compassion and solidarity of all.

VENEZUELA NEEDS YOUR HELP

The call for humanitarian aid for Venezuela must be understood within the serious social, political and economic context of the country. The erosion of the rule of law and democratic life itself has been aggravated since 2013, when the generalization of hunger and the lack of access to medicines and health services became evident in the midst of growing poverty.

In view of this situation Acción Solidaria together with Codevida (the Coalition of organizations for the rights to health and to life) have implemented the Humanitarian Action Program in order to maintain the visibility of the humanitarian crisis and respond, albeit limited, to the demands of the defense of the right to health.
